Being born without the ability to walk can create quite a few challenges. That’s exactly what happened to me. Born in 1964 with no bones or muscles in my left hip region, doctors told my parents that I’d never be able to walk; x-rays confirmed that. However, God had another idea. My parents regularly prayed and spoke the creative power of God’s Holy Word over my body. The doctors were partially right; I didn’t walk much – I ran! One thing that the doctor did tell me when I was twelve years old though was not to get too excited because by the time I was twenty I would have crippling artheritis and would be bound to a wheelchair the rest of my life. Needless to say, the doctor was totally wrong.Throughout the course of my life I have not only walked and run but jumped, skiied, hiked, and played about any sport I wanted to – all with no pain. I am a walking miracle. Many doctors have taken several series of x-rays only to stand back amazed because what they witness makes no sense with what the x-rays show.On my 40th birthday I was in church at the River at Tampa Bay; Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne is the pastor. When I left the service to get in my car, pain like I didn’t even know was possible hit me in my left hip and sent me face-first into the asphalt. I heard the voice of the devil speak to me and say, “You’ve gone twice past the age that the doctors told you you’d be able to walk and from this day on you’ll never walk again.” A very long story cut very short: The devil is a liar. I stood on the Word of God, enduring a month of excruciating pain while speaking the Word over my body. Then in another service at the River at Tampa Bay, Pastor Rodney felt to have a healing service. In that service the power of God overcame every attack of Satan on my body and the pain instantly vanished, never to return again to torment me!Jesus is still a healer today and He will heal YOU if you will simply believe His Word.

I would love to post that testimony in every childrens hospital in the world! Parents need that kind of hope when their babies are in trouble.

I have never seen so many miracles than in these meetings. The Bible says you shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free!

Awesome testimony! My life was also touched and healed at one of the meetings. God is so awesome! God is the God of the impossible! He takes pleasure in the foolish things of the world. I was born a stutterer and could hardly say my name most of the time. I felt the call of God but could not talk. My family told me to find a job that didn’t involve talking or people. I thought I would never amount to anything. I couldn’t even get a good job cause no one would hire me. I went to The River of Tampa Bay and Pastor Rodney prayed for me and I’ve never been the same. My speech is almost totally restored and I’ve gone around America preaching the gospel. With God nothing is impossible!

I was healed in a meeting. My Back Had gave me trouble for many years Pastor had us pray for people that needed healing in their body. I did not consider my need so great so I did not ask to be healed but prayed for someone Else’s needs. I did not know until that night that the pain was gone! God is so awesome!

I was healed also in a meeting. Several months before attending this meeting I had severe heart pain. I can’t say it was chest pain, it was literally heart pain. It got so bad that it would wake me from a sound sleep but I continued to stand on the Word of God.
Then the day I went to The River of Tampa Bay church where I got healed. No one prayed for me I was just sitting listening to Pastor preach and as he was preaching God touched me and I was healed. This happened in April 1997 and I am still healed. God is so Good! The River of Tampa Bay Church can be found on line.

Sheila..that’s kind of the way I’ve experienced the miraculous power of God..it all just seems so natural while He is working that you don’t even catch the magnitude of it until you see the results later..or when the anointing lifts you start thinking “WOW! God is just so BIG!”

Yes, He is the same yesterday, today, and forever! God want His children to “be in health and prosper, even as their soul prospers.” What an awesome testimony of the goodness of God!

We must always go to the word about questions for healings. That is the only true source for information. The other night i was at the church and i witnessed healings and most of the other gifts. There was Prophecy, word of wisdom, word of knowledge, discerning of spirits, gifts of healing and working of miracles, and the gift of faith. There was a guy that thought it might not be real at first but the evangelist called him out and read his mail! He knows it is real now.

Mark-it’s so cool when God overrides our theology by demonstrating who He really is! Pastor is always encouraging us to go to the book of Acts and believe God to do the same stuff through us now that He did then. When that happens they’ll be a lot of people seeing who He is by what He is doing.

I have witnessed many healings but one that stands out to me is a close friend was healed of deafness. God is so awesome! Check out the website to see if a meeting is coming to your city.
