God wants to have our whole heart. God doesn’t need our riches, He doesn’t want to deprive us of anything, and all He wants is our heart. And if we love Him we will give up on things which are separate us from God, things we know that do not please Him, sometimes things that are dear to us but we have to renounce them, family and friends, moving to another city, give up a job and do something else. But it is important to know that there is nothing that we gave up for Jesus that it is not worth the sacrifice. When we give to the Lord we will be blessed a hundred times in return.
